Our client is highly experienced in delivering software solutions, including AI development, mobile app development, web development, cloud services, desktop applications, digital marketing, and custom software solutions to B2B and B2C companies worldwide.

The Job

You will be responsible for :

- the sales team in lead generation and prospecting using various online and offline tools and methods like cold calling, emails, events, etc.

- Identify potential clients and establish relationships to understand their needs and requirements.

- Schedule appointments and demos for the sales team with qualified prospects.

- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and concerns.

- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

- Liaise with technical team and marketing team for product marketing

- Achieve annual and quarterly order and revenue targets

- Suggest upgrades and services that may be of interest to clients.

- Negotiate with clients to secure the most attractive prices.

- Develop sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.

- Review clients' feedback and implement necessary changes

- Remain in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.

Ideal Candidate

- You have at least 1 year of experience within a Sales role, ideally within the IT Services industry.

- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.

- MBA in marketing, business administration, or similar is preferred

- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or related fields is a plus

- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong organisational and time-management skills

- Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable services

- Great networking skills
