Executive - Business Development - IT (0-5 yrs)
Job Description :
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our growing web3 company. This is a junior role suitable for freshers with a basic understanding of web3. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in identifying and reaching out to potential clients to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Research and identify potential clients in the web3 space.
2. Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
3. Reach out to potential clients via email, telegram, twitter & LinkedIn.
4. Build and maintain relationships with clients.
5. Assist in the development of proposals and presentations for new business opportunities.
6. Stay updated on industry trends and the competitive landscape.
7. Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align strategies and messaging.
Requirements :
1. Basic understanding of web3 technologies and the blockchain ecosystem.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities.
5. Basic knowledge of sales and marketing principles.
6. Good organizational and time management skills.
7. Proficiency in using CRM software and other business development tools is a plus.
Qualifications :
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
2. Freshers with a keen interest in web3 are encouraged to apply.
