Executive - Business Development - IT (0-5 yrs)
Responsibilities ( US
Shifts)
- Experienced in Full and Final Closures and Revenue Generation
- Understanding the technical features and functionalities of the company's software solutions/ IT services
- Reaching out to their target audience through cold calling/E-Mail/LinkedIn to generate leads
- Conducting in-depth research to identify market opportunities
- Examining the IT requirements of clients and suggesting appropriate software solutions
- Conducting demonstrations as and when required
- Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and generating appointments
- Be able to tailor pitch the products & services according to their specifications ensuring successful conversion of sales
- Administer sales pipeline and improve opportunities for sales.
- Design various innovative marketing strategies to increase sales
- Develop and maintain good professional relationships with the company's main accounts and strategic partners
- Monitor and recommend improvement to sales plans to achieve all the key business objectives
- Prepare monthly reports and provide an effective recap of previous performance and review the same
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field
- Must be available to work in US Shifts/UK Shifts
- Experience in B2B IT services sales
- Proven experience in the Sales department as an Information Technology Sales Associate or BDE.
- Complete knowledge of the terminology used in the IT industry
- Familiarity with the trends and developments in the Sales industry
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
