Job Summary
Basic Requirements :
- Proven track record and past performance.
- Should have good communication skills, which is to be evaluated through a presentation.
- Should have a positive attitude and well accepted by the peer group.
- Should be a self-starter with an analytical approach.
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Responsible for meeting sales goals and overall quality of service.
- Conduct sales and marketing calls to book meetings with potential clients.
- Send follow-up marketing materials and make follow-up monthly calls to establish relationships.
- Call and personally visit potential, new and existing customers to facilitate new business.
- Coordinate efforts to improve the customer experience at the point of sale.
- Manage product sales growth and individual sales effectiveness by reviewing sales activity schedule.
- Establishing the annual and monthly sales target in accordance with the business goals
- Planning and Execution of the sales targets
- Responsible for the successfully fulfilling the needs of the customers in order to meet the goals and objectives
- Stay updated with the latest market trends and the strategies followed by the competitor company.
- Should maintain a high profile in the professional and business communities.
- Onsite software demonstrations, the proposition of product, solution, and service offerings.
- Extensive knowledge of the company's products and also of the wider IT marketplace
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications :
- Candidate should be able to sell Software Products.
- Attractive incentives will be provided based on Target set
- Work location will be given based on candidate's preference or hometown
- Should visit Belgaum once in a week for Reporting
- Should have good contacts.
- Candidate with IT sales profiles would be plus
- Experience of selling Core Banking Software/Accounting Software/ERP/HMS/TMS Software's would be plus
