Executive - Business Development - IT (0-3 yrs)
We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. As a BDE, you will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients, and closing deals.
Responsibilities:
Identify Prospects : Conduct market research to identify potential clients and target markets. Utilize various sources, such as online platforms, industry events, and referrals, to generate leads and build a robust pipeline.
Client Engagement : Engage with prospects through effective communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings. Understand their business needs, challenges, and goals to present tailored solutions.
Relationship Building : Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Regularly communicate with clients to understand their evolving needs and provide ongoing support.
Sales Process Management : Manage the end-to-end sales process, including lead qualification, proposal creation, negotiation, and contract closure. Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
Market Insights : Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape. Analyze market intelligence and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and development of new products/services.
Sales Reporting : Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance using CRM systems. Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights to management on sales trends, challenges, and opportunities.
Achieve Targets : Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and objectives. Continuously strive to improve sales performance and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the relevant industry.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Results-oriented mindset with a drive for achieving targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
