Executive - Business Development - IT (0-3 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Leading and exploring opportunities in both Domestic and International markets.
- Map new potential segments in the market (Mainly in Freelancer, Upwork, experience in Guru, or any other portal will be a plus).
- A deep understanding of marketing principles.
- Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients- objectives.
- In depth knowledge of In-bound sales leads.
- Developing a business development strategy focused both on financial gain and Customer Satisfaction.
- Candidate should be highly proficient in lead conversions with a proven track record.
- Experience in Client negotiations.
MUST HAVE: Excellent communication skills & convincing strategy.
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
Decision making ability.
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Discuss and carry out promotional strategies and activities with the marketing department.
