We are hiring for Business Development
Job Summary :
- Achieving assigned sales volumes and value goals and territory plans
- Carrying out effective field work without direct day-to-day supervision
- Report field work in daily basis on assigned online system
- Meeting Sales Coverage and Demo Plans
- Collaborates and coordinates with assigned stakeholders internally
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Generate maximum leads and build effective pipeline in designated territory
- Communicates value proposition and educates customer on new products
- Relationship Building with external Stake holders and customer retention
- Analyse territory and identifies opportunities to accelerate revenue growth
- Responsible for negotiation and getting customer on board
A good knowledge in basics of building business and territory from ground up is a plus
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Minimum Education
- MBA Freshers/ Graduates/Un grades with Exceptional communication skills
- Fresher are encouraged to apply
Minimum Experience/Training Required
- Candidate with experience in B2B Sales Direct Sales Institutional Selling in any Industry
- Good knowledge of the assigned market
- Conversant with English Hindi and Telugu, Effective Communication skills and Convincing Ability
- High on Energy and Passion, Motivated and Hard worker,
- Ready to join immediate
