Executive - Business Development - IT (0-2 yrs)
Job Summary
Looking for Business Development Executives (Telesales) for an established IT Services Company based in Ghatkopar. The company deals in Managed Services which includes database, middleware management, application development and enterprise mobility.
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating leads through cold calls from identified list, qualifying the leads thus generated, identify need, pitch, objection handling etc.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Identify appropriate database and experience (Profiling)
- Identify opportunities for sales
- Build qualified prospect database wherever required
- Establish conversations with key decision makers (Business Heads /CxOs/at par) via phone and e-mail and schedule appointments/conf calls and validate Leads
- Collaborate with Sales Manager to determine necessary strategic sales approach and edit/improvise as required
- Qualify marketing leads from social media, website etc., explain the services and schedule appointments/conf calls for Sales Manager.
- Understand our service in depth and communicate the same to the potential clients
- Data Mining and segmenting it in different buckets for calling up and building funnel leading in lead generation
- Stakeholder mapping in key industries/segments (account mapping).
- To promote the whitepapers or case-studies on various proposition through Webinars/Social / events etc to generate leads.
- Follow up on leads generated through various client events/Marketing actions
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Knowledge:
- Good understanding of competitive software service environments
- Good Presence of Mind
- Added Advantage if worked with Cloud Services, Oracle & Microsoft Technology Service Lead Generation (Database & Middleware Management)
- Understanding of the Marketing Technology Vendor software services and market
- Expert in Office Tools like word and Excel Skills Desired
- Quick Learner
- Excellent verbal, written and inter-personal communication skills are a must
- Ability to articulate well, and communicate clearly and effectively
- Good rapport-building skills
- Dedicated, self-motivated and a team player
- Ability to add a creative and catchy flavor to e-mail communication with prospects
- Ability to learn quickly and apply that learning to interactions with prospects

Relevant Education (Background):
- Graduation in any field except Arts. (Preferred BMS, BBA, MMS, MBA)
Experience (No. Of years):
- 6 months to 2 yrs of total experience in Lead Generation.
- Experience in an IT industry would be highly preferred.
Salary & Benefits
- CTC of 1.80 - 3.00 lacs p.a, with additional incentives on targets achieved.
- 5 days working week. Fixed Saturday and Sunday off.
