Executive - Business Development - IT (0-2 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- To identify potential customers, create and close new business opportunities in line with the strategic direction of the company.
- To build and maintain strong client relationships by effectively handlings objections/cancellations thus ensuring a high level of customer service is met at all times.
- To prepare sales proposals for prospective clients.
- Regular liaison sales/Pre-sales and member relations department.
- To keep abreast of new products and services and undertake training as and when required.
- Any other activities as defined by the sales manager
Skills:
- He shall be accountable for achieving the targets, leading and motivating the sales force.
- Executing sales plan for the product in the given area.
- Driving sales through proper distribution channels.
- Analysing sales trend, monitoring price, meeting sales targets.
- Evaluating channel partners sales performance & recommending process improvements.
- Never Give up attitude
- Ability to work under pressures & strict deadlines.
- MUST be well-versed with Bangalore, Hyderabad & Mumbai markets.
