Roles & Responsibilities :
- Conduct field visits to engage potential customers and promote the company's products.
- Research the target market and identify prospective clients.
- Attend face-to-face meetings with potential customers to understand their needs and preferences and to effectively close sales deals.
- Demonstrate products and services as required by clients and management.
- Schedule appointments and meetings as necessary, optimizing time management for maximum efficiency.
- Provide prompt and accurate responses to client inquiries and concerns.
- Ensure comprehensive product knowledge among oneself and fellow sales team members through various resources.
- Establish and maintain a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue generation.
- Collaborate closely with the sales manager to meet monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Accurately input all sales-related data into the company system for record-keeping and analysis.
- Follow up with past customers to encourage repeat business and cross-sell additional products.
- Offer assistance and support to other members of the sales team as needed.
- Pursue leads generated by other departments to capitalize on potential sales opportunities.
- Investigate and resolve customer queries promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
Qualities Required :

- Possesses creativity, self-confidence, enthusiasm, and a polite demeanor.
- Proficiency in English language is mandatory.
- Must have a valid bike license and own mode of transportation.
