Key Skills and Knowledge Area :
- SaaS and Enterprise Software Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud technology and SaaS business models, particularly in the context of facility management(desirable).
- Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of integrated workplace management systems (IWMS), asset management, space optimization, and related software functionalities.
- Sales Acumen: Proven track record in B2B sales with demonstrable experience in meeting or exceeding sales targets. Competent in consultative selling.
- Customer Relationship Management: Strong skills in building, nurturing, and maintaining client relationships. Experience in handling objections and providing post-sale support.
- Communication and Presentation Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, including effective demonstration and presentation skills.
- Analytical Abilities: Competency in using data analytics for sales strategies and providing insights to clients. Problem-solving skills for addressing client challenges.
- CRM and Sales Automation Tools: Proficiency in CRM software and sales automation tools.
- Adaptability: Flexible and quick to adapt to new technologies, market trends, and evolving customer needs.
- Global and Cultural Awareness: Comfortable engaging with a diverse, global clientele and understanding different business cultures.
- Soft Skills: Empathy, active listening, and trust-building capabilities.
Responsibilities :
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets and quotas, as established by the organization.
- Creating frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
- Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through networking, social media, and other avenues.
- Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns.
