Executive - Business Development - IT (0-2 yrs)
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Coordinate with management and clients to find opportunities for business growth.
- Experience conducting customer needs and analysis to identify business problems when selling IT services or solutions in a consultative manner.
- Establishing new business relationships.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. Capable to give demos, webinars, and promotions independently.
- Should be a fast learner and self-motivated with a result-driven approach.
- Providing inputs of client specifications to the delivery team and ensuring a smooth transition of client relationship to the team.
- Work as an outbound Sales Development Associate and collaborate with an existing team.
- Should have experience in team management, and people development if applicable.
- Create appointments, meetings, and sales calls.
- To generate leads, collaborate with different stakeholders, and hit your goals
- We are in the process of setting up international business areas and you will be extending support to them too.
- Using LinkedIn, phone, and other channels for outreach.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Strong command of Hindi and English. And should be able to handle Tamil.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and communication skills.
- Should be open to travel as per the requirement/needs of the client / the goal.
- Must meet the sales targets.
- Self-driven and filled with a fervent desire to succeed.
- Should have a basic understanding of technical projects and have good English skills to write proposals and talk to clients.
- The candidate should be tech-savvy and have a few years of experience with a good track record in B2B sales, preferably from a technology company.
- We are looking for a self-start, highly motivated Business Development Executive to increase the international client base for our products and services.
- Should be a good team member with the ability and willingness to learn.
