- Qualification - Minimum Graduation Required
- Working Days - 5 Days (Monday-Friday)
- Work Location- Gurgaon
- Work Model- Work from office (Gurgaon)
Responsibilities
- Cold calling, generate and track new leads to continue expanding the reach of the business
- Schedule sales appointments with and prospective leads.
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge and educate leads about the products
- Utilize sales techniques to persuade new and existing customers to purchase our services or products.
- Uphold relationships with leads to ensure they remain satisfied, that their questions are answered, and that their needs are met
- Develop and implement new sales strategies.
- Constantly seek new ways to make products more attractive to current and prospective leads
- Demonstrate advanced sales knowledge, and stay up to date on all company policies and procedure
- Track sales lead and work with all stakeholders to ensure high closure of the leads
- Present company service offerings to prospective clients and create proposals for providing IT services & HR Solutions to prospective clients- needs.
REQUIREMENT
- Graduate with 0-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, and Client relationship management
- Hands-on experience with MS Excel
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Numerical abilities and problem-solving attitude
- Ability to perform under pressure
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: 20000-25000 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday - (09:00 am - 06:00pm)
