Executive - Business Development - IT (0-2 yrs)

Skills Required :
- Experience in sales, marketing or related field for IT services & solutions.
- Understand the complete Lead to Account cycle for IT Sales (Web & Mobile)
- Understanding of various technologies and methods of deployment (Waterfall Method, Agile Method etc) of IT solutions
- Understanding of working with the delivery team to develop quotes and proposals for clients.
- Experience in interacting with clients from India and international markets
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
Key Job Responsibilities :
- Contacting potential clients to understand requirements and business goals
- Profile the client organization and understand their area of work
- Establish rapport with the client contact and arrange calls/meetings.
- Increasing the value of current customers (accounts) by cross selling and upselling solutions.
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
- Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
