1. Market and Industry Mapping
- Gathering and analyzing data regarding competitor pricing and products for the business/ region
- Engaging with influencers and decision makers on a regular basis
- Identifying opportunities to grow Randstads market share and revenues
- Tracking new projects, competitors activities & performance, sensing new changes in the market & contributing to evolving new business models
2. Revenue Generation
- Acquiring profitable clients for Randstad India for specific businesses/ regions
- Connecting with decision makers to understand requirements and suggest solutions
- Cross-selling and Up-selling from Randstads portfolio of services
- Conducting pricing and contract related negotiations with clients
- Evolving SLA's specific to client requirements & business processes
- Contributing to long term client engagement
3. Internal Stakeholder Management
- Coordinating with the recruitment and operations team
- Supporting smooth processing of business by collaborating with internal teams: Legal, Finance etc.
- Ensuring a smooth transition of the client relationship to the internal operations team
