Executive - Business Development - IT (0-1 yrs)
Required Skills:
- Responsible for developing sales for various products/services ofthe business; with a focus on customers.
- Regular and daily interaction with Customers for sourcing new business and addressing issues arising out of services provided.
- Manages daily activities of the sales support function.
- Participate and present in client meetings.
- Responsible for execution of the Leads generated.
- Generating suitable leads as per the Business Requirement
- Conducting Client Meetings and follow ups whenever necessary as directed by the Head of Sales/Business Development Head
- Oversees workflow of all sales processing including preparation of reports, charts, and other statistics.
- Initiates and tracks orders to completion.
- Assists with budget management to ensure expenses meet target goals.
- May handle and resolve more complex customer requests or complaints.
- Develops and implements sales plan with external distributors (if appointed by the business)to increase sales volume.
- Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets.
- Continuous feedback to management about developments in market and market intelligence.
