Job role: Business Development Executive
Location - Mohali, Punjab
Experience - 0 to 1 year
Day Shift - Mon to Fri ( Work from office)
Responsibilities:
1. Place quality bids on assigned technology projects.
2. Actively bid on platforms like Upwork and find prospective leads via LinkedIn.
3. Achieve targets and ensure profitability through margins.
4. Deliver high-end results within the assigned deadlines.
5. Coordinate with team members to manage and delegate tasks effectively.
6. Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
7. Assist in developing entry-level staff into valuable salespeople.
8. Arrange and attend business meetings with prospective clients.
Qualifications:
1. Strong knowledge of online bidding platforms (Upwork, Guru, etc.).
2. MBA in Marketing or any IT field.
3. Good communication skills and a proactive approach to business development.
4. Ability to meet targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
5. Knowledge of the freelance industry is a plus.
