Role & Responsibilities
- Understand the Client Requirements
- Co-ordinate & communicate with client & technical team
- Need to communicate with international client
- Lead generation and client retention Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes
- Ability to work with deadlines and achieve targets
- Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications designed to increase customer interest
- Identify new opportunities for growth within existing clients by suggesting suitable services
- Familiarizing and Promoting the company's services to existing and new clients
Required Skills :
- Experience in lead generation for IT services
- Basic Knowledge of Mobile and Web Technology
- Good at understanding clients objectives
- Should have knowledge about upwork and linkedin
- Good analytical and communication (verbal and written) skills
- Proficiency in English is must Crafting business proposals and presenting to the new & existing clients
- A motivated self-driven, quick learner and work enthusiastic
