About the Role:

Position: Manager-Client Sourcing

This is an exciting opportunity to join our rapidly growing start-up in the field of Debt Investment Banking. As part of this role, you will directly report to the founder and play a crucial role in identifying and acquiring new clients for Debt Investment banking.

Key Aspects of the Position :

Direct client sourcing : You will be responsible for actively identifying and acquiring new clients for Debt Investment banking, contributing directly to our growth and success.

0-4 years of experience : This role is suitable for candidates with little to no prior professional experience, making it an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals looking to kick-start their career in the finance industry.

Strong communication skills : Excellent communication abilities are crucial for effectively engaging with clients and presenting the comprehensive range of services offered by our company.

Self-starter with sales acumen : We are seeking a proactive individual with a natural inclination towards sales. Being self-motivated and driven will be advantageous in this role, as you will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships.

Willingness to take P&L responsibility : As part of this role, you will be expected to take on profit and loss responsibility, actively contributing to the financial success of Debt Investment banking.

Finance background : While not mandatory, a background in finance such as a Bachelor's in Business Administration (BBA), Bachelor's in Commerce (BCom), or Master's in Business Administration (MBA) is preferred. Such a background will provide a solid foundation for understanding the intricacies of the role.
