Our client is a SEBI (Securities and Exchange Board of India) registered investment advisory firm (INA200014283) based in Bangalore, Our client incorporated by individuals having heavy experience in Indian stock market, our client the only objective is to give our subscribers quality advice for intraday and positional trading.
The Job
Your Responsibilities will include :
- Acting as the primary point of contact and delivering excellent service standards and advice to clients for their enquiries, complaints, and other service-related issues.
- Working closely with internal stakeholders to solve client issues.
- Performing root cause analysis of issues and non-compliance of service levels and work with various stakeholders to identify and implement opportunities for improvement.
- Developing account plans to enhance service delivery.
- Analyze the market on daily basis.
- Help clients to identify the stocks for intraday trading only 1 sure stock per day.
- Make sure that they generate at least 2% returns from stocks on an intraday basis.
- Help clients to achieve good profits from swing trading & long-term trading.
- Update clients on daily basis regarding bonuses, splits, dividends & quarterly results.
Ideal Candidate :
Skills Required:
- You have at least 1 year experience within a Client Services role, ideally within the the Financial Services Industry industry.
- You have 1 year experience in Sales Voice Process.
- You have good interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders to drive desired outcomes.
- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data.
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders.
- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments.
