Role :
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to attract new clients and increase revenue.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients.
- Conduct market research and analyze customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Develop project plans and manage projects related to business development, such as developing new products or services, entering new markets, and establishing partnerships
- Lead generation using various tools and platforms (LinkedIn outreach, email, cold calling etc.
- Arrange appointments/business meeting with prospective clients
- Collaborate with other departments within the organization to develop new products and services that meet customer needs.
- Develop and maintain a strong online presence through social media and other digital marketing channels.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer retention.
- Order execution and follow-ups
- CRM management-Manage leads in CRM Software
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions and file documents
- Assisting the management with business operations
Experience & Preference :
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
- Proficiency in English is a must (Advance level English since this is international sales)
- No traveling required
