Job Description:

- Looking for a Business Development Executive. He will work with our marketing and lead generation team closely. He will have to achieve the targets as given by the organization based on the business plan.

- He will oversee as well as participate in following the inside sales process.

- He will work with the team and drive initiatives for sales and ensure the team is working to their best in achieving the targets.

Responsibilities:

- Outbound cold/warm calls to fix appointments with decision-making authorities for the services offers in the space of Cloud Migration, DevOps, Mobile/Web Application Development, Software Testing, and UI/UX.

- Consistently able to achieve appointment fixing targets.

- Ensure that sales pipeline remains to the optimum with qualified leads & prospects.

- Ability to identify decision-making authorities and speak the relevant service offerings

- Report on Sales metrics including Conversion Ratios

- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest

- Maintain Fresh sales CRM for various activities and keep updating them regularly.

- Use the calling & emailing application to increase productivity, beyond industry standards.

- Ability to apply diligence in all follow-up activity.

- Complete understanding of the sales cycle for an IT Service based company.

Qualifications and Skills :

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills - fluency in verbal and written

English is an absolute must.

- Proven work experience as a Business Development Executive.

- Excellent interpersonal skills.

- Passionate to learn more about Virtualization, Cloud, IT Infrastructure and new trends.

- Strong experience with corporate sales and dealing with corporates that require IT solutions and products (SAAS products, Cloud Services, Technology solutions).

- Having an established track record of deal wins across various geographic regions and who can identify new targets and regions to grow the company's sales footprint.

- In-depth understanding of the sales administration process.

Education :

- Minimum of a BE/ B.TECH/ MCA or equivalent with computer background

- MBA Sales and Marketing or equivalent accreditation
