Position Overview:
The Business Development Executive will support the growth of new business opportunities within specific industries in the US market. Working closely with senior managers, they will focus on lead generation, client engagement, and sales support, contributing to revenue growth and expanding our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Qualification: Assist in identifying potential clients within assigned industries (e.g., BFSI, Healthcare, Manufacturing) and work with Lead Generation Specialists to qualify leads.
- Industry Analysis: Develop a basic understanding of industry-specific challenges to present relevant solutions to clients.
- Client Engagement: Engage with clients to nurture relationships and gather information on their needs, supporting senior managers in the sales process.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Collaborate with senior managers to execute targeted sales strategies, helping to position our solutions effectively.
- Proposal Preparation: Assist in preparing presentations and proposals that align with client needs, including gathering relevant product or service information.
- Sales Reporting: Track and record sales activities, helping maintain accurate reports and forecasts to keep management updated on key metrics.
- Market Monitoring: Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to better understand the market landscape.
- Event Participation: Represent the company at selected industry events and networking opportunities to support lead generation and brand awareness.
- Feedback Loop: Provide feedback to senior managers and product teams based on client interactions to enhance our offerings.
Experience & Skills Required:
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within industries such as BFSI, Healthcare, or Manufacturing. (freshers also can apply)
- Having a deep understanding of the US Staffing business processes and experience working with various Tier-1 Vendors, Direct Clients and Implementing Partner
- Sales Skills: Knowledge of the sales process, with a demonstrated ability to qualify leads and support closing efforts.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to effectively engage and build rapport with clients.
- Analytical Abilities: Basic understanding of market trends and an ability to support the development of targeted solutions.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with senior team members and other departments to support company goals.
- Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt quickly to the changing needs of the industry and company.
