Job Description:
- Business Development Executive will be responsible for Identifying and generating new Ideas for business expansion in market, building up relations with new and old clients, generate enquiries,generate clients/market reports, implementing marketing strategies.
- Develop and organizes new business development initiatives.
-To research and collect the details about upcoming projects requirements.
- Proven track record of generating new business and achieving revenue growth.
- Demonstrated experience in sales, marketing, relationship-building, and business development activities.
- Knowledge & Experience in Residential, Public space and Large Commercial Fit-Out Projects.
- Demonstrated analytical, negotiating, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate with clients in a professional manner.
- Experience with MS Office is must, knowledge of AutoCAD, Adobe suit is preferred.
- Good Fluency in English and Local language
Job Specification :
- Any Graduate or MBA with 2 - 5 years of experience in Sales and Business Development
Industry: Preference to candidates from Interior Contracting or Fit-out or PMC background.
Location : Bangalore /Hyderabad/Mumbai.
CTC : 3.00 Lacs to 5.00Lacs.
