Executive - Business Development - Interior Design (2-5 yrs)
Job description :
- Drive business by identifying and selling prospects and maintaining relationships with clients.
- Closely keep an eye on competitor Market.
- Should have a strong relation with Contractors, Architects, PMCs Builders ,Real Estate companies and Clients.
Required Candidate profile :
- Should have experience with all category of consultants, like Project Management Consultants, Architects, Interior designers, HNI clients, government organizations, and corporates.
- Ideal candidate should have handled high volume commercial interior business.
-nThe ideal candidate should be able to cater to the existing clients and bring in new clients. The current percentage of repeat customer is about 90% and ideal candidate should be able to maintain the current percentage and make required strategies to increase it. He/she also should be able to make the required presentation for developing the market and achieve at least 90% of what is presented.
- Prospect new markets and identify new projects in the location of work.
- Should be able to manage a team and set required targets and support in achieving the same.
Qualifications : Graduate or MBA in marketing with minimum 2-5 years in handling commercial interior projects of high value. Should be able to read the commercial design layouts in 2D and 3D formats.
