Business Development Executive

- BDE needs to work closely with architects and designers in bringing concepts and designs into reality.

- Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities

- Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company

- Develop and manage marketing campaigns from concept to execution to measurement.

- Arrange meetings for senior management with prospective clients

- Follow company guidelines and procedures for acquisition of customers, submission of tenders etc

- BDE will work with Design Engineers Team and Solution provider to close the Sale Order

- Coordinate with Project Engineers Team and execution team to execute the project order within scheduled time

- BDE should co-ordinate with internal team respect to Billing and payment from client.

- Develop marketing program business plans, create timelines, set budgets, develop strategies and tactics and execute

- Resolve issues and solve problems that may occur throughout the lifecycle of a project site execution and closure

- Report program milestones. Manage Digital marketing efforts including social media, SEO/SEM, list development and online advertising

- Develop tools and best practices to manage the execution of marketing programs /projects. Will be responsible for the timely completion of work at Project sites

- Coordination with client for understanding project requirements

- Project related billing and payment coordination with clients

- Costing and quoting for contracting project. Implement Project plan. Ability to resolve issues, Provide direction. Customer Requirements, Performance Standard

- Ensure successful completion & project deliverables with results / reports

- Updating the CRM application software with status, location, pictures

- Confirms product performance by designing and conducting tests
