The Job :

Your Responsibilities will include :

- Developing and managing a portfolio of Key Accounts.

- Achieving monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new business ideas.

- Generating leads.

- Coordinating follow-ups.

- Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback.

- Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.

- New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand their needs and providing relevant solutions.

- Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.

- Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.

- Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.

- Writing pitches for social media and mails.

Ideal Candidate

Skills Required:

- You have at least 1 year of experience within a Sales (B2C) or Business Development / Account Manager (B2B) role, ideally within the Real Estate industry.

- You possess solid expertise in Direct Sales and Enterprise Sales.

- Experience in Community Management, Area Sales, Sales Training, and National Sales would be a strong advantage.

- Experience covering Professional Services and Infrastructure is a strong plus.

- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.

- You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience.

- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard.

- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data.

- Good communication skills.

- Strong convincing power.

- Extensive presentation Skills.

- Interpersonal Skills.

- Extensive Work Ethics.

- Proficiency in MS Office.
