Executive - Business Development - Insurance (2-7 yrs)
A Business Development Executive (BDE) is responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building relationships with clients, and ensuring the company's products or services meet the market's needs.
Key Responsibility:
- Identify and target potential clients and business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and potential customers.
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Analyze the market, industry trends, and competitors to stay ahead of the curve.
Qualification:
- Graduate is mandatory.
- We need to work on 100% on-field for sales of policies.
Experience : 1 to 4 years of Any field Sales.
Age : Minimum 21 Years, Max 38 Years
Fix CTC + Incentive
