Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve ambitious sales targets and contribute to the company's overall growth objectives.
- Recruit, train, and mentor new sales representatives, providing them with the tools and knowledge they need to succeed.
- Identify and onboard high-performing financial advisors and leaders to strengthen the team's capabilities and market reach.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales opportunities through cross-selling and upselling.
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Actively participate in field activities to expand customer outreach and engagement, building strong relationships and promoting our insurance products.
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in Sales and Marketing roles, preferably within the insurance industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading successful teams.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop team members.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented with a passion for sales.
- Age between 21 and 38 years.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and own a two-wheeler.
