Executive - Business Development - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Roles And Responsibilities:
- Recruit quality agents as per the standards defined by you
- Good leadership and people skills
- Excellent time management
- Leading team generation
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
- Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
- Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
- The ongoing training of your salespeople.
