Executive - Business Development - Insurance (1-5 yrs)
Position: Relationship Manager (RM)
Responsibility:
- Responsible for Calling (Leads Provided) & fixing an appointment with HNI / Ultra HNI Customers.
- Direct selling to the customers via appointments (Office / Home visits).
- Ensure Self Sourcing Targets are achieved
- Ensure that leads/ appointments allocated by the Company/Manager are attended and reverted within the TAT.
- Ensure business Reporting, MIS on sales call (LMS), Lead Utilization and conversion are updated and maintained on a daily basis.
- Ensure that MIS/ Reporting formats are maintained/ Updated on, gular basis.
- Customer Servicing & Educate the Customer about the company/ channel.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate / Post Graduate
- 6 Month - 2 Year Experience in Direct Sales
- Insurance Experience is Preferred
- Insurance Experience Required for SRM and Above Level.
- Must be a Localite since past 1 Year.
- Age: 21 Years - 35 Years
- Two Wheeler Required
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Excellent Presentation Skills are Required.
CTC: 2.75LPA - 3.50LPA + Incentives (Performance Based, Can earn in lakhs per month) + Attractive Rewards.
