- Generate leads and cold call prospective customers
- Meet with customers/clients face to face or over the phone
- Foster and develop relationships with customers/clients
- Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; and analyzing trends and results.
- Responsible for achieving Sales Target and monthly benchmarks set by Supervisors.
- Hardcore sales of Insurance and Mutual fund
- Identifying sales opportunities
- Closing business deals
- Meeting with clients and Achieve targets
Candidates Profile:
- 2+ years experience in sales and marketing in the insurance sector
- Age: 24 to 38
- CTC: 2 LPA to 2.55 LPA
- Must be Graduate
- To do field Work Field demonstration (FODs)
- Demonstrating and presenting products
- Building strong Relationships with Clients
