Executive - Business Development - Insurance (1-3 yrs)
- We are hiring Executives to be a part of our Field Sales team which sells our Health Plans. you will go through 5 days of classroom and one week of on-job training to help you understand our product. After completing your training, you will have an assigned territory and a monthly target for sales.
Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Prior experience in sales, preferably in the insurance or healthcare industry, is advantageous but not mandatory.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with potential customers.
3. Goal-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work independently to achieve sales targets.
4. Ability to adapt to changing market dynamics and customer preferences.
5. A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is a plus.
6. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory, if required.
