Job Description :
- The role will include outbound calling, prospecting, selling, and driving specific sales programs.
- Implementation of promotions, campaigning, partnership with stakeholders.
- Sales targets as established by the company.
- Take extra miles to attract the clients
- Build good working relationships.
- Track and analyze key metrics.
- Responsible for collection in time and follow-up of outstanding.
- To ensure a healthy realization of the sales volume activities.
- Track competition volumes and monitor competitor activities to evaluate brand
- Good analytical skills, Excellent communication.
- Remaining in tune with trends to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.
- Assisting the sales team with pipeline and opportunity inspection.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize to manage multiple projects on a tight timeline.
- Deploy and manage sales operations and marketing initiatives.
Skillsets required :
- Freshers are also welcome.
- Minimum 1-3 years experience in Marketing-Sales
- Candidate should have two/four-wheeler (will be a add on)
- Negotiation skills
- Presentation& Communication skills
- Great networking skills
- Experience in the full sales cycle, including dealer closing
- Must be result-oriented
- Hunger to chase & close new business
Compensation Details : Depending on skill sets 2L - 3.5LPA/ (For experienced / smart candidates- compensation can be extended)
