Job Description :
- Sells activities, experiences and experiential stays by establishing contact and developing relationship with prospects ; recommending solutions through call, email and chat
- Maintain relationship with travelers by providing support, information and guidance
- Identifies product improvement or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities and competitors.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Capture and apply customer feedback
- A good seller of holiday activities
- Solicit cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within the customer care experiences
- Convert the Lead into a Sale
- Should do a daily follow-up on leads and update the same on daily reports
- Track and report relevant customer care performance metrics
- Candidate will be assigned with additional role and responsibility as per company requirements as and when company requires candidate to adhere the same.
