The position of Business Development and Sales Executive - Inside Sales, Ahmedabad is a full-time, on-site role. The responsibilities include lead generation, effective client communication, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth for the company.

The primary role and responsibilities include the following :

Lead Generation :

- Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels.

- Develop and implement strategies to generate new business opportunities.

Client Communication :

- Maintain effective and professional communication with clients.

- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.

Customer Service :

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.

- Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Sales Growth:

- Drive sales initiatives to achieve company targets.

- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the customer base.

Team Collaboration :

- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts.

- Provide support and guidance to junior sales team members.

Reporting and Analysis :

- Monitor sales metrics and prepare regular reports.

- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Continuous Improvement :

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

- Seek opportunities for professional development and skill enhancement.

- Prepare the product literature for company brand building.

Product Demonstration :

- Demonstration of the software products to Customers and Prospects

Experience : The candidate must have experience marketing Software as a Service product to market outside India effectively.

Preference : Schooling in English Medium with excellent communication skills (Verbal & Written) and Basic Computer skills are compulsory
