Job Description
- Responsible for target based end-to-end new client acquisition, business plan, market strategy for company services, and long term value proposition through closure of deal
- Identifying new business opportunities and coordinating with clients to get recruitment assignments.
- Client relationship management.
- Develop and Maintain the Business Development Database.
- Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential.
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; social media; job portals etc.
- Coordination with technical / staffing team to ensure effective communication on clients requirements as part of key customer accounts
- Responsible for the recruitment process till the joining of the candidate and closure of the billing cycle
