With expertise in design, development & manufacturing of aqueous as well as solvent-based precision cleaning machines, we use innovative Ultrasonic Cleaning Technology to outperform any conceivable cleaning job. The company is based in Noida and was established in 2004.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, account management, and communication with clients.

1) Develop and maintain a customer and prospect database

2) Convert leads to potential opportunities and win the business

3) Respond to and follow up sales enquiries by personal visits, mails, phone etc.

3) Carry out market research on potential industrial applications for the company's products.

4) Must be able to achieve sales target and provide Monthly sales report to the manager

Must have Education Qualification:

1) Graduate / Post Graduate : Engineer (Preferred Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics)

2) Candidates with knowledge of the following would be preferred:

a) Sheet Metal Fabrication

b) Industrial Centrifugal Pumps / Centrifugal Blowers

c) Industrial Filteration Units

d) Oil Skimmers

e) Pneumatics

Must have Skill Set:

1) Must be fluent with Spoken & Written English and Hindi

2) Strong analytical skill while selling product as per customer needs.

3) Must use technical skills to explain the benefits of product and service to potential customers

4) Must be street smart; should be able to make a viable business connect with OEM customers

5) Must be able to read , understand , comprehend Mechanical Drawings

6) Must be able to explain the client about the product(S) in a simple yet effective manner

7) Sales Skills Communication, Negotiation, Closing Skills

8) Candidate must be good with objection handling

Computer Aided Skill Set:

1) Must be well versed with MS Office (Ms Word , Ms Excel, Powerpoint)

2) Any knowledge of Solid Works / Auto Cad software would be an added advantage

Roles and Responsibilities:

The Sales Engineer will be responsible for the top-line growth. The individual will manage the direct business with OEMs by direct approach or distributors. The individual will also apply our expertise of product to achieve customer needs by customisation. R.K.Transonic manufacturers and trades in varieties of Industrial Ultrasonic Washing Machines and related Chemical.

Preferred Relevant Experience:

We are seeking a candidate who has relevant experience of at least 2-3 Years in the field of Capital goods sales in the Automotive sector (preferably).

Candidate must have prior experience of selling heavy machinery to Auto OEMs
