Executive - Business Development - Industrial Products/Components (4-10 yrs)

1. Using Networks and online research to identify and qualify new Sales leads and Opportunities.

2. Follow up on all Sales leads, clearly providing pertinent facts.

3. Use Telephone (Cold calling), email, and Internet contact to build and maintain strong connections and Relationship with new and existing Inactive partners.

4. Initial Daily Sales enquiries In Sales Inbox and D365 Queues should be attended on Daily basis.

5. Become a Product expert and be able to effectively present the company's Products and Services to current inactive and new Customers.

6. Meet targets in terms of, number of New customers (excluding revenue), attending Sample Request, Catalogue Request, Contact form request , Online Placed orders and Trace Parts leads. Also maintaining the same in KPIs on a Weekly/monthly basis.

7. Procuring new Clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.

8. Attending Networking activities (LinkedIn Sales Navigation) to Research and connect with prospective Clients.

9. Maintaining meaningful relationships with Inactive existing Clients to ensure that they are retained and Reactivated.

10. Approaching and Crafting business proposals to draw in more Sales Leads and Prospects.

11. Negotiating with Clients and win Business with Good Profit Margins.

12. Reviewing Clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes in coordination with Line Manager.

13. Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.

14. Transfer to concern Salesperson if the project Volume is high.

15. Take help from concern Sales to get clarity on the enquiry if required.

16. Initial Document related queries (REACH, ROHS, IMDS Etc. ) if Customer is new will be handled by BDE.

17. Maintain and Share mandatory Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports with Team.

18. Time management for handling a large number of Clients at a time.

19. Maintain confidential Business documentation of the organization.
