Our Client is a Business Development Executive for MSMEs, SMEs, and Engineering start-ups. We design & execute tailor-made strategies for increasing the Business Turnover of our clients. We develops new Clients and Sectors for their client's products.We also help them in obtaining approvals & certifications in their desired industries. We works with End Users, EPCs, PMCs & OEMs in the sector like Oil & Gas, Power, Chemical, Water Treatment, Cryogenics & many more process industries.
Designation: Business Development Executive.
Sector: Industrial Sales / Business Development / Sales Engineer - Domestic Markets.
Location: Ahmedabad
Experience: Minimum 2 Years in relevant field
Ctc: 5 to 6 LPA
Job Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
Working days: Mon-Sat.Week Off : Sunday
Qualification: BE Mechanical /Mechatronics/ Electrical

Role Definition: BD Executive is one who is responsible for developing new Key accounts for our esteemed client's and their Engineering Products by sourcing contacts and converting them into contracts.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, competitors, and market trends.
- Analyze market data to develop strategic insights and identify opportunities for business growth.
Lead Generation and Prospecting:
- Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
- Qualify leads and prioritize opportunities based on strategic fit and revenue potential.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Develop rapport with key decision
- Makers and influencers within client organizations.
Proposal Development and Presentation:
- Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches to effectively communicate our value proposition to potential clients.
- Customize proposals to address the specific needs and requirements of each client.
Sales Negotiation and Closure:
- Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Close sales and achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Collaboration and Coordination:
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, engineering, and project management to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
- Coordinate with cross functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and delivery of services.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Track sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics using CRM software.
- Generate regular reports and analysis to evaluate sales performance and identify areas for improvement
Skills & Traits:
- Ability to develop good relationships with new and existing client.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Experience in Business Development & Sales. Willingness to travel.
