Job Description :
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join client team in Calicut. As a fresher, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow in a supportive environment while contributing to the company's growth. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and develop new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and support the sales team in achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- Generate leads through various channels such as online research, cold calling, networking, and attending events.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients to understand their HR needs and present client's products/solutions
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, proposals, and sales contracts.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for reaching out to new prospects.
- Support the team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in HR software and industry trends.
Qualifications :
- Should have completed degree
