Executive - Business Development - Hotel (3-6 yrs)
Role/Objective of the position:
Business Development Executive (BDE)
Will be assigned a territory and a target per month. They will be required to generate leads, pitch and close win properties to manage.
Main responsibilities :
- Cold calling and generating potential leads.
- Contacting potential leads to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
- Researching brokers to build relations to sign new properties.
- Presenting the business to potential clients.
- Evaluating the property to ensure it is in line with the company expectations.
- Coordinating the property launching with all the departments and processes involved, which includes the technical inspection, unit permit, utilities connection, formalities with security, deep cleaning, photo shooting.
- Developing inventory for all the property belongings.
- Generating the integrations sheet for OTAs. Requirements of the Role:
- Experience in business develop,emt, marketing in Holiday Homes or Real Estate.
- Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
- Excellent English written and communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
