Executive - Business Development - Hotel (2-5 yrs)
Key Responsibility Areas :
Technical Market Research :
1. Research through internet/ market survey / any other medium to understand trends and customer needs
Customer Relationship :
1. Contact potential or existing customers to apprise them about our products
2. Arrange Customer meetings via calls or emails
3. Attend Customer meetings and build a good relationship with customers
4. Conduct a regular follow up via emails or calls to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
Database Management :
1. Create and ensure that the information in the database is updated on a regular basis
2. Maintain and update daily calling data in the CRM software
Others :
1. Create presentations for customer meetings
2. Prepare and share timely MIS reports
3. Ensure all the necessary documents/ materials i.e., catalogues, presentation, samples are updated
4. Any other role or business activity that may be required by the management from time to time
