Executive - Business Development - Hotel (0-1 yrs)
We are looking for energetic folks with 0.6 - 5 years of experience, who will be responsible to build a market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating and closing business relationships on Work From Home(WFH) Basis for 3G IRPS (IITM Research Park, Chennai )and Genius Group Global (Dubai).
Responsibilities :
1. Understanding that the guest comes first and that making them feel that way will be the key to our success
2. Accompanying the guest in their planning stage by uncovering all of their needs and requirements to be able to propose the perfect selection of retreats for their upcoming getaway
3. Ensuring a proactive follow-up with guests from the planning stage to booking of the retreats
4. Building a rapport of trust with the guest by delivering on what you promised and providing the right information within the appropriate time frame
5. Representing Genius Group Global (Dubai) and 3G IRPS(IITM Park Chennai) with suppliers for all guest-related matters during the booking stage
6. Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets
7. Managing the ongoing relationships with guests and following up on satisfaction survey results, ongoing communication to nurture and help plan next getaway
8. Managing multiple guests request simultaneously with phone and email and ensuring all conversations are responded to in a timely manner
9. Researching and sourcing for new revenue opportunities and methods to achieve sales goals
10. Searching assigned market for new B2B streams on a regular basis
11. Building and establishing travel agency business within market
12. Retaining and managing business relationships for each agency and developing a personalized approach to help maximize B2B profits
13. Generating ideas and strategies to actively participate in companies' growth
14. Performing other job-related functions as assigned
