Executive - Business Development - Healthcare Software Product (2-8 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Selling our Digital Platform and Services to Multi Specialty Hospitals and Corporates in Pharmaceutical and Healthcare Segment, in the designated territory,
2. The purpose of the role is to ensure sales and manage relationship with our Key Account customers in the Hospitals, Nursing Homes, Clinics and other Healthcare establishments,
3. Enhancing business from existing accounts, achieving profitability consistently & also adhere to contribution & collection norms,
4. Promote and demonstrate products professionally through the understanding of customer needs,
5. Ensuring profitability & commercial viability,
6. Responsible for establishing & cultivating relationship with existing & new clients for the range of products & services offered by the company.
7. Adhering to Company norms of Field effort parameters like Call average & Territory Coverage,
8. Regular Reporting in the CRM tool, with timely updation of the required sales data.
Skills required:
- Good Communication, Interpersonal and analytical skills,
- Dynamic, Self Motivated & Adaptable personality,
- Hands on experience in planning and forecasting sales for the territory,
- Positive attitude & open Mindset to work from Scratch,
- Willingness to travel in the designated territory.
- Able to work as a Individual Contributor, with high level of Integrity.
