Executive - Business Development - Healthcare (2-5 yrs)
Key Responsibility :
- B2B Corporate Sales: Identify and engage potential corporate clients across India, specifically targeting health insurance providers, wellness service providers, GCCs and other relevant businesses.
- CXO & HR Engagement: Build strong relationships with C-level executives and HR leaders within corporate clients to secure buy-in for Pococare's services.
- Product Demos: Deliver impactful product demos to showcase the value and benefits of Pococare's emergency response solutions for corporate employees.
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales goals set for the B2B corporate segment in India.
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify new business opportunities through networking, industry events, and targeted research within the Indian corporate landscape.
- Client Relationships: Build and nurture long-term relationships with corporate clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about trends and regulations relevant to employee health and wellness benefits in India, as well as competitor activities within the B2B corporate space.
