Role and Responsibilities
Pre-Sales :
Identifying new B2B sales leads, locate potential business deals by contacting potential partners via email or phone.
Researching organisations and individuals to identify stakeholders and decision makers. Establish rapport and set up meetings.
Screen potential business deals by analyzing the client needs and their internal priorities.
Discovering and exploring other business opportunities.
Sales :
Develop negotiating strategies and positions by studying the client needs; examining risks and potentials.
Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays, developing quotes and proposals
Pitching products and/or services to the client.
Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person.
Ensuring sales goals are met.
Post-sales:
Identifying opportunities of cross-selling to existing clients
Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers
Other responsibilities:
Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential.
Enhance organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
