Executive - Business Development - Healthcare (1-3 yrs)
Job Description :
- Primary Role is Business Development, Generating Sales and acquiring new customers and building relationship with customers in a target based atmosphere.
- Have to target Hospitals & Diagnostics Center
- Identifies and qualifies new prospective client opportunities in targeted vertical markets and targeted companies.
- Establish and build relationships with qualified prospective clients, management and develop a good client base.
- Focuses on new businesses and closing through outside selling skills and helping clients succeed sales process.
- Plays a key role in the creation, facilitation and delivery of corporate services overview, solutions & presentations.
- Should be willing to take on aggressive sales challenges and drive targets.
- Preparing quotations, project proposals and ensures project completion for all clients.
- Manages/maintains prospect database.
- Presenting, promoting and selling products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Performing cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
- Establishing, developing and maintaining positive business and customer relationships.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Candidate with good communication and interpersonal skills with primary knowledge of Healthcare products.
- Should be able to generate fresh leads and acquire new enquiries.
- Should focus on achieving set targets.
- Good in acquiring new customer and building company rapport.
- Proven work experience as a sales representative.
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive .business professional relationships.
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
- Track record of over-achieving quota.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
