1. To read, understand, absorb, retain and practice the Practo Way of Care Co-Ordination(PWOC), 100%.
1. To ensure that he and his/her team implement and practice the PWOCC 100%, in letter and spirit.
1. Coordinate information and care requirements with other care providers in the ecosystem;resolve issues that could affect smooth care progression and handhold the patient throughout their journey
2. Addresses queries of patients and families in a very professional manner and present the benefits of our solution.
