We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to support the growth and expansion of our offerings. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management - Identify potential clients in the regional market, talking to the business owners and key decision maker of the marketing expense of organization.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Schedule meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase offerings.
3. Market Research & Strategy: - Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs of the advertising and marketing by the regional businesses.
- Develop and execute strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the client base.
- Stay updated on domain specific regulations, technologies, and industry advancements.
4. Sales Support: -
- Assist in preparing proposals, contracts, and sales presentations tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve your individual and team revenue targets.
- Track and report progress on leads, opportunities, and closed deals using CRM tools.
5. Collaboration:
- You should be having collaborative approach with the internal teams to meet your monthly targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide feedback from clients to help improve products, services, and processes.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass communication, or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the healthcare sector.
Preferred Skills:
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in lead generation and cold outreach.
- Ability to analyze market data and create actionable strategies.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent communication, Good Personality, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite
